Reflection Martial Arts (RMA) is a veteran-owned school that blends traditional arts and play-based education. It is our mission to help our neighbors create confident bodies and strong communities. We don’t just develop skills, we develop humans.
RMA guarantees a safe, welcoming environment and equal treatment for every student. We boast students of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities. Mutual care, respect, and shared accountability are at the core of our culture. Learn more about our culture and safety practices HERE.
We are a grappling school offering courses in Judo and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, two arts with over a million practitioners and competitors in the United States. Judo is a primarily standing art that specializes in throws, balance, and timing. BJJ is a ground-focused art that specializes in submissions, problem-solving, and efficiency. Learn more about the history of each art HERE.
Our instructors, Austin and Ben, are both fathers and black belts with over 35 years of teaching experience between them. Whether you choose to train in one art or both, they take an individual interest in every student and help them reach their personal goals for skill, growth, and character development.
